Dog Defecates In Cage

We recently bought a 9 week-old puppy and are receiving some trouble maintaining her cage clear as a result of her defecating inside of it. In accordance with your insight and numerous others, they are not designed to have accidents of their home place. What am I doing wrong?

I've been careful about teaching her by taking her outside as much as you possibly can and also using your demand, 'Get active.'

She does a terrific work outdoors, but this issue has me stum...

No, it's to do with the way your breeder kept the puppies confined.
